Rev. Joe Douthitt authored this and took his church in Orlando, Fla. through the entire Bible with questions designed to encourage his congregation to read the Bible for themselves. The questions are taken directly from the King James Version, but we have used different versions and have had no problem coming up with the answers.
Although it is written in a jr. high through adult level, because each question comes with the chapter and verse key, my now 19 year-old used this when he was 8 and accomplished much of this without my assistance. It has encouraged him to get into the Bible for himself. The simplicity of this makes it adaptable to any place and style of study. We use this one chapter a day at our house. I've known of upper level students completing the entire study in one semester, and then there are the churches who are using it in classes for almost every age. It also can serve well as a private devotional guide or a fun "Bible Scavenger Hunt" game.
Each study guide comes with an answer key at the back. At the end of each book is a certificate of completion.
Save $3.00 by purchasing the entire OLD and NEW Testaments- you'll get a total of 3,398 questions (and answers!).
