We know from first-hand experience that it's a bummer to receive items  that were not what we expected or needed. We will gladly take returns/exchanges if you find this has happened to you. Items must be received in the original (resalable) condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.  Mail returns to: R.O.C.K. R.O.C.K. SOLID reserves the right to decide if items are resalable. Books with worn corners, eraser marks, and crumpled pages are not returnable. Shrink wrapped items must be returned shrink wrapped.   Between 31 and 90 days, we will take returns of books that we still carry, however a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.

We do not take returns/exchanges of items over 90 days.  Should we need to mail ineligible returns/exchanges back to you, postage and handling will be charged.

If a complete order is returned within the time frame above, all actual postage costs are charged and a 25% restocking and handling fee is assessed.  If you chose free shipping and are returning an item that will take your original order below $95.00, a charge of $4.95 will incur at the time of the return. Please include a copy of your receipt, or ticket number, and the reason for your return.  

Returns over $100.00 require a R.O.C.K. Solid Return Authorization #.   Please call us for that RA number at 1-904-751-3569.

Please note that if you are exchanging an item, the free shipping and handling does not apply. The minimum $4.75 will be charged (or actual postage, whatever is greater) or the costs of any other shipping requests.

Returns take 30 days to process.

If We Made The Mistake:   As much as we try not to, this does happen on occasion. Please contact us right away and mail products back to us MEDIA RATE via the USPS.  We will refund all shipping costs to you. Please do not return Priority, UPS, or any other service unless otherwise instructed.   We will only refund media mail shipping costs.

Software Returns  - Software is not returnable, however defective software can be exchanged for the same title, within 30 days of receipt.

Clearance Items- Are not returnable.

Special Order Returns  -  Are not returnable.

Packages returned back to us due to incorrect address supplied, addressee moving, addressee refusing package, or packages that are undeliverable will be charged $6.00. This fee helps to cover penalties the US Postal service charges R.O.C.K. Solid on returned packages.
